Contact us to discuss your plans. Once we are sure of the logs needed, we issue a purchase order for you to check over. If all is correct, the order is signed and returned to us with a down payment. We require a 40% down payment to proceed.  Harvesting trees and processing logs is labor intensive and time consuming. The down payment is to ensure sincerity in ordering logs from us. It is important to us that once trees are cut, they have a destination. We will give you an estimated completion date based on the quantity and specifics of your order.  When the order is completed, it can be picked up at our log yard or delivered to your site for a shipping fee.  The balance is due at that time.
