The 235 gallon model is the smallest furnace that we sell. It produces 235,000 BTU and will heat up to 5500 square feet. It sells for $4500.00. 

Our other model has a 320 gallon water capacity. It produces 320,000 BTU and will heat up to 8500 square feet. It is priced at $5400.00.
